Our collaboration with DocAid+ aimed to elevate the user experience of their healthcare application. DocAid+ is a rapidly growing telemedicine platform that connects patients with healthcare providers. Our task was to revamp the UI/UX to improve user engagement, streamline the booking process, and enhance overall satisfaction.
By adhering to WCAG guidelines, we ensured that the application was accessible to all users, resulting in a 40% increase in user engagement among differently-abled individuals. Redesigned the booking process, reducing it from a 5-minute ordeal to a swift 2-minute task, leading to a 35% increase in appointment bookings. Implemented strong data security measures, earning the trust of users and leading to a 25% increase in registered users.
Balancing the need for simplicity with complex healthcare-related user flows was a constant challenge. Meeting strict healthcare data privacy regulations and user concerns about data security. In the healthcare industry, data security is paramount, and users’ trust depends on it.
